Ingredients :
- 2 vatka wheat little thick lot
- little less than 1 vatki ghee
- 1 vatki soft ghod
- 1 spoon ginger powder
Method :
- Add wheat lot and ghee to halwai and heat it fast gas and then slow gas
- When wheat lot is golden brown remove from gas and let it cool
- Add ghod to halwai and heat it on slow gas till it melts (around 2 minutes)
- Mix the ghod to the wheat lot and mix it well, add ginger powder
Final :
- Apply little ghee to a thali so that it does not stick to it
- Spread the above mixture on the thali and plain it with the bottom of a vatka with slight pressure
- Finally cut it into pieces
- Remove and store it when it cools down and solidifies
